Anando Chatterji is a group therapist, supervisor, and social architect with 25 years of experience in therapeutic communities and organizations.

He is an honorary member of the Institute of Group Analysis and hosts a group analytic training in India with the Hank Nunn Institute (HNI). He has an affinity for Median and Large Groups arising from his career in therapeutic communities in India.

Current work includes participating in Creating Large Group Dialogue since 2021 and hosting the Alternative Large Group (ALG), an online weekly large group that has been running for five years. His own sense of rootlessness has been significant in being a wanderer and a community seeker.
