David is an artist who uses photography, moving images, sound, sculpture, installation and augmented reality. His work examines amplification and deceleration through landscape and environment reflecting on stillness, movement, sound and colour.

Places unlock pleasure and freedoms as David witnesses the subtleties of changing landscapes. He explores his roots by connecting places endlessly mixing memories and experiences. His family were gifted makers so he absorbed the beauty of raw materials and how they can be magically transformed.

David holds a Batchelor of Fine Art Sculpture from Sheffield and a Masters in Fine Art Sculpture from Chelsea College of Art. He was awarded a post-graduate Fellowship at GLOSCAT and worked for 10 years at Boston College where he was an Art Lecturer and Course Leader.
