Mark brings love and creativity to gatherings and joyous celebrations. For five years he spread headed a monthly supper club, Root & Sprout, showcasing the diversity and deliciousness of plant-based cuisine.
With his blend of culinary skill, passion for sustainability and commitment to community, Mark strives to bring people together to enjoy interesting experiences. He teaches, hosts and advocates for locally sourced produce, plant-based cuisine and food justice.
