41 rehearsed readings of new play, 9 & 10 October

What happens when the stories we tell about the past meet the reality of those who lived it?

Set between 1941 and 2026, ‘41’ explores the bombing of Newark’s Ransome and Marles factory — and challenges the nostalgic idea of the “Blitz Spirit.” Join us for a special rehearsed reading of ‘41’, a new play by local playwright Joss Birkett, directed by Geoff Readman.
