Join us for 6-weeks (from 6pm to 7pm) for Tai Chi.
It's a gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. Learn synchronising movements and breathing techniques. Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is designed to improve your general health and wellbeing. In good weather we will be outside.
Monday evenings, with one session on Tuesday 20th May. Bookings via Eventbrite here.
